HEY hey!
My name is Marie, and I'm the face behind the lens! I take pride in making a genuine connection with my clients, so let me tell you a little about myself!
I grew up outside of Philadelphia and genuinely love everything about the city. I like seeing the city grow and adapt into the place it is today. There is so much rich history in Philly and some lovely places to visit.
That being said, I have always loved exploring and traveling! Whether it be Philadelphia or somewhere across the world, I want to visit! You may have noticed that some of my packages are named after regions in France. France is very near and dear to my heart as my grandfather immigrated from France to the US when he was 18. My mother then lived in France for about seven years during her childhood, and I still have cousins in France that I talk with today.
That said, over holidays and family get-togethers, there was never a shortage of cheese boards with proper wine pairings and loads, like loads of pâté. So, keeping with tradition and bringing a little bit of me to you, All of my packages are inspired by wine regions in France. I also have some fun connections to those regions I would love to share with you today.
Bordeaux holds a dear place in my heart. My grandfather’s family had a summer house in Ambarès-et-la-Grave, now the town library. When I was about five, my family and I went to France for a huge family reunion and visited this beautiful spot. I actually have the coordinates tattooed on my arm, so here’s to hoping it never gets turned into a McDonald’s!
My Rhône package is my most popular, and Côtes de Rhône is my favorite wine! My cousin Bénédicte and her lovely family have come to visit us a few times. She is from Bourg-en-Bresse, which is in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. To simplify it, I kept the name Rhône.
Lastly, Loire. My Great Aunt and cousins have a property in Angers that has been in the family since WWII.
Besides family and food, one of the other things that I love is reading. I adore mysteries, historical fiction, and a good ol’ classic rom-com. Reading is a grounding activity and a great escape from life's craziness.
You may also find me at the yoga studio, taking a restorative yoga class, or if I’m feeling bold on a bike at Spin!
As much as I love reading and relaxing, that comes to a halt on Sundays during football season. My whole family and I are avid Iggles fans; my boyfriend is also an avid fantasy football coach. We (he) normally will spend the entire weekend watching all the games and dining on football snacks. Nothing is more comforting than football on a fall day, right?!
I am so glad you learned about me, but now I want to hear about you! I love learning about my clients and their interests. Every couple and family has a beautiful story that makes them unique, and I want that to shine through your photos as much as possible.

What will I add to your wedding day?
I understand that wedding day and wedding planning can be overwhelming. My goal will always be to add to your experience, never to take away. From the consult call to the delivery of your photos, I will ensure I take ample time to learn about you two as a couple. From day one, I will ensure we have a consultation call to go over everything, from what about your venue inspired you two, to what you are most excited for, and more! Once we both agree we are a good match, we will move forward with an engagement session, which is included in all my packages! This is an excellent opportunity for us to connect and for you and yours to get comfortable behind the lens. We will start working on your timeline three to two months before the big day! This ensures I understand entirely your day and the flow you two wish for it to have. The last thing I want to do on your wedding day is to have any unanswered questions and/or to interrupt your ability to be in the moment.
Come your wedding day, I will make sure you’re being posed in ways that make you comfortable and feel honored. I will ensure we are meeting your goals of the day by closely following your timeline and ensuring I can help with that in other ways! This is your day, and I will advocate for you, whether asking Aunt Susan to put her phone down during the ceremony or telling Mom we’ve taken enough photos. It’s time to get the couple to cocktail hour or for guests to be a part of more photos; I will vocalize your wishes as much or as little as you want! I am so excited to meet with you and even more excited to talk about what I can add to your day!
